1. Software Subscription
As ChitPro is a digital enterprise software solution, all subscription and setup fees are strictly non-refundable once the deployment and onboarding process has commenced.
2. AMC Cancellations
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are billed yearly. Cancellations made mid-year will not qualify for a prorated refund, but service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
